I make my own background ambience for my podcast and videos now. I used to use great composers such as MYUU but the I wanted to try to not use duplicated content because YouTube doesn’t like that even though it should be an acceptable practice in video creation because it’s not like I’m copying a video, I’m making a new one and using his music with his permission. I just figure using my own will stop the nagging from YouTube. Otherwise, do check out MYUU, he composes and plays beautiful music.
This is me, sitting by the fireplace, during a coastal storm in Sandcastle. You can hear the crackling and popping of the wood and tinder in the fireplace while the wind rustles outside. The thunder cracks every so often as I sit and read in the dimly lit room. The ocean waves crashing upon the rocks is faint in the background. Close your eyes and imagine. My soundscapes are just under 20 minutes long. I make them this way so you are not interrupted by commercials. I do upload longer ones with commercial breaks. I also sell them individually if you’d rather download the mp3 to your desktop without commercials. Please do not use them in your content as I do not want to deal with content ID issues in YouTube.
