Sandcastle has fought the battle between good and evil since before even before the tribes or the settlers came to town. At first, no one stayed around because the evil was too strong, but as the money flooded the area due to the gold rush and the livestock market, people stuck around and the city grew. Once it became a big part of the Bay Area with commuters and shoppers coming to and from the once remote coastal town, evil blended in with crime and illness. Suddenly, Sandcastle was beyond help and the Good has been handed over to mankind to defend himself.
